Our Himalayan 450 crash guard comes with sliders to help cushion minor slides and keep the engine area safe on tough trails.
The frame-style guard wraps around the engine area, so a tip-over at a standstill or a slow slide on loose gravel lands on the guard first. The sliders add extra cushioning at the points that touch the ground. It is the first accessory we suggest for anyone planning to take the Himalayan 450 off the tarmac.
Aluminium Bash Plate
Adventure begins where the road ends.
The aluminium bash plate covers the underside of the engine against rocks, ruts and sudden impacts.
Rocks, ruts and water crossings all meet the underside of the bike first. The aluminium plate keeps its weight low and gives the engine a solid shield without adding much to the load. Fit it once and you can attack rough sections with more confidence.
Aluminium Radiator Grill
The radiator is always exposed to stones and road debris.
This aluminium grill shields it without getting in the way of the bike's look, and it carries the Himalayan name.
The grill is made from aluminium and has a fine pattern that lets air through to the radiator. It also carries the Himalayan mountain graphic, so it reads as part of the bike. Choose black for a stealth look or silver to match bright aluminium parts.

Aluminium CNC Top Rack

A CNC machined aluminium rack for bags and bedrolls on the rear of the bike. A mild steel version is also available at ₹1,450 (HTR1005).
The CNC machined plate gives you a flat, strong surface for bags, bedrolls or a small box. Its open pattern keeps the weight down and gives you plenty of tie-down points. It is a good partner for the saddle stay and jerry can mount in our Himalayan 450 range.
